Khan AP was reverted to normal on the same day I did the update.
Mordreds were nerfed, because it was far too easy to obtain 20 razings after doing jack **** for first 13 minutes. I would leave them as they are.
Franks are Infantry civilization and one of the weaker ones aswell, this is why Bearded Axe was first to make apply for the UU and Charlemagne, after a few months of testing it did not achieve the desired goal, so I extended it to Charles Martel and Haralds aswell. Another alternative is to move Bearded Axe from Imperial Age to Castle Age and have the technology only apply to UU and Charlemagne (note: Charlemagne is on 3 range, which should stay, so you can make Franks more unique by letting their Charlemagne have more range, civilization themes overall should be emphasised more onto the Hero units in my opinion).

RCB 2016 the best map ever ............. it's balanced .......... the some change they did it to the map change the game a bit little but it still balanced ............. i hope you make new map for rcb that include newer heroes and some new store that could include new features and contents ........... the suggested change that you planned to put it in the rcb map it's not good and not balanced ......... this is my opinion ...... hope you see it and read it
i aggree 2016 map is fine . why we need to change anything about map ?, everybody is happy with 2016 map. sometimes new changes doesnt bring good stuff

With the Celts getting Bracer it seemed a little unfair that the Teutons and Franks should be left out; especially when their win percentage is still so low. So I gave all civilizations Bracer & Thumb Ring tech.
Harald was buffed in an attempt to stop so many people from going global. It's rare when you see someone win going Harald nowadays.
